Join Caitlin at Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio in Rowley, MA for a Self Love Reiki group healing experience. Bring an issue or goal you would like to work with, a journal, a pen and whatever you need to be comfortable. Caitlin will guide the group through a series of questions to gather the energy. Participants will note their answers in their journal. Once the energy has been gathered, participants will rest comfortably as Caitlin guides them through a 30 minute Reiki healing experience. There will be time for Q & A and sharing.
