Part 1: Meditating – We will kick off the workshop by teaching and practicing a healthy boundary meditation that can be done every day. It will strengthen your awareness of your energy field. This is an original meditation created by Caitlin.
Part 2: Energy Clearing – Meditation will strengthen your energy field’s ability to ‘clear’ or detox energetic debris. You are now ready to learn how to put energy ‘clearing’ into practice. We will review basic energy anatomy and employ this knowledge through an easy and effective clearing method that can be used as needed. This is an original technique created by Cindy.
Part 3: Dowsing – Dowsing is a helpful way to check completeness of your work. It confirms your intuition and gives clarity when you need to discern between your ego and your guidance. There will be ample time for practice. Please bring a pendulum.
Part 4: Grounding – Your energy needs to be embodied for you to be fully present and have a complete experience of life. Being fully present will positively inform everything in your world. We will practice multiple grounding techniques. You will then dowse for your bestpersonalized grounding strategies.
