Spring Energy Clearing: 10 Tips to Uplift Your Space
Here are a few things I am doing this spring to clear and uplift my space after a long winter.
Smudge with Sage
I purchased some sage and gave my space a good, old-fashioned smudging with the doors and windows open.
2. Sage Organic Essential Oil
If smoke is not your thing, an Organic Sage Essential Oil will help to clear and elevate your space when used with a diffuser.
3. Diffuser
I purchased this diffuser and have been using it daily. It’s chic, has different colored lights and works well.
4. Essential Oil Combos
Speaking of essential oils, here are some of my favorites.
Sweet Orange and Patchouli - I love the way the orange and patchouli smell together.
Peace & Calming - This blend has been a favorite of mine for a long time. It is soothing and uplifting.
Thieves - This is a great immune support and space clearer.
5. Flower Remedies
I add a couple of drops of Walnut and Crab Apple Bach Flower Remedies into my diffuser. Walnut provides protection from outside influence and Crab Apple is purifying.
6. Salt
Placing a bowl of salt or salt water in your space will absorb negative energy. You can place it under your bed in your bedroom. Bulk Salt for space clearing
7. Sound

8. Clothing Donation
Because I live in New England, I switch out my wardrobe twice a year. When I put my clothes into storage I am sure to set aside the things I didn’t wear for donation.
9. Clear Supplement Cabinet
I do this once or twice a year. I organize my homeopathic remedies alphabetically, get rid of any expired supplements and reorder any flower remedies that are running low.
10. Crystal Clearing
Crystals can be cleared by leaving them outside in the sun or moonlight, giving them Reiki energy, bathing them in salt water (except for Selenite!).
