Taking care of your aura is like brushing your teeth.  It requires daily attention using simple methods to clean and clear your energy field.  This daily attention will strengthen your energetic container.  This is important because the aura, the container, holds your life force. 

The word aura is used to describe the light and energy that emanate from the body of a living being.  That body can be human, animal or plant – anything that has a life force.

How does the aura, this light emanation, arise?

Every living thing is composed of atoms and each atom has a nucleus of neutrons and protons with electrons orbiting that nucleus. This orbital activity generates the magnetic field that we experience as light – the aura.

In this class we will share our understanding of the aura as gained from our experiences across many client interactions. We will look at the anatomy and function of the aura, discuss how you can interact with your own aura and those of others, and best of all, teach you techniques you can use to keep your aura sparkling clean.

This class is divided into 3 parts:

Part 1: Anatomy of the Aura

The structure of the aura needs to be sensitive to subtle energies of our world.  The aura has ways of doing its job of absorbing these and distributing them to energize the physical body with life force.  In this section of the class, we will review these qualities of the aura.

Part 2: Experimental Activities

In this section, we will give you opportunities through guided experiences to get to know your own aura.  Once you have developed confidence in how you experience it, we will use breakout rooms to expand your sense of its energy.

Part 3: Aura Self-Care

We will now discuss a few simple and easy ways to take care your aura, and you will have an opportunity to practice these in class. This will increase your ability to manage this very important energetic container.

Discover Your Soul Orientation

In this class, we will take a deep dive inward to discover the most fundamental influencer of our energetic blueprint, our Soul Orientation. The moment your Soul separates from the Source it organizes into one of three different orientations.  Each of the three orientations organizes the energy field in a different way and becomes like a filter through which one’s light shines. While our mission and path may change from one lifetime to the next, the orientation of one’s Soul remains constant from inception until it returns to Source. Your Soul Orientation informs your experience across lifetimes. This part of you determines your process of descension, how you receive energy from Source and bring it through you into the material world. Your Soul Orientation is also responsible for how you express energy as you ascend to reunite with Source. Each orientation has an important and specific role to play. Illuminating your soul orientation will provide another level of self-awareness, which will help you align with your highest blueprint. While we all have different aspects or qualities of each of the three types, we each have a primary foundational orientation.

In this class, you will take a discovery quiz to determine your Soul Orientation.  We will review the three Soul Orientations and the defining traits embodied by each when in alignment and out of alignment. Each orientation has its strengths and shows up differently when out of balance. You will have an experience of identifying the orientations of your family, friends, clients, customers, co-workers, and those you encounter in your life. We will explore how each orientation interacts in love relationships. You will leave this class with a clearer and greater awareness as to which innate gifts you possess and how to recognize when you are out of balance. You will better understand why your soul exists and how you show up in the world. This information will provide a clear conceptual container as to why your soul was created and how you were designed to function at the most fundamental level.

Divine Virtues

A virtue is a foundational quality reflecting high moral standards. You can imagine that a divine virtue carries a significant increase in the energetic frequency of that quality. This class is about identifying those qualities that you came in with and those that you want to cultivate. Simply generating this awareness of your divine virtues will raise your vibration.

The energy of Divine Virtues enters our field as a stream of light straight from Source. Specific streams of light influence our expression which we experience as thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Each virtue has a specific vibration and signature. As we move through our lifetimes, we may shut down different virtues in response to our experiences. The decision to shut down a Virtue for the sake of one’s survival in one lifetime may show up as an energetic block in the next lifetime.  In contrast, we may decide to focus on a particular virtue. This magnifies its presentation in that lifetime. Whether we choose to embody virtues or dismiss them informs the quality of the light we shine out into the world.

In this class we will explore fourteen Divine Virtues. First, you will identify the virtues that you came in with that are being expressed in your current lifetime. Then you will dowse to identify an additional beneficial virtue that you will then cultivate. A list of all Divine Virtues will be provided to guide you in the identification of your current and your to-be-cultivated virtue. We will provide you with methods to connect with each virtue; there will be a recommended flower essence to magnify that virtue; and we will identify the spiritual being that will support you in cultivating that virtue.

In this class we will share a dowsing sheet that will help take the thinking out of selecting your team members. During the class, you will dowse to select the seven members of your team. This will be followed by an activity where another person doubles checks your selections.

Next, we will verify that you have the right guides for your path and purpose. One way to tell the difference between a true spiritual guide and one that is not is the guidance that is delivered. For example, a true guide will always honor your free will. We will provide a chart that you can reference to give you confidence when a new guide shows up.

As you complete the Spiritual Team identification and verification process, you will be ready to make an agreement with your team. We are including a recommended agreement that you can sign and present at your team meeting.

Finally, the activity everyone is waiting for is the meditation and meeting around the table with your guides. This will begin your relationship with your team.

She is committed to raising awareness about the profound impact energy work can have on one’s health. She is passionate about helping others integrate healing techniques into their everyday lives in practical ways. Through her practice, Caitlin offers customized distant sessions and classes to clients all over the world and dedicates her work to the benefit of all with pure intention.
